Not tax advice

NetPayGuide is an educational calculator. The numbers shown are estimates based on published US federal tax tables, state revenue department schedules, and the Social Security Administration wage base. This is not personalized tax advice. Your actual paycheck depends on W-4 elections, employer benefits, local taxes, and a dozen other variables we cannot see. For decisions that matter (filing your return, accepting a job offer, planning estimated taxes), consult a CPA or licensed tax professional.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep tax tables current — see our methodology page for source citations. We update when the IRS publishes new brackets or a state revenue department changes rates. That said, NetPayGuide is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the calculator's output.

Acceptable use

NetPayGuide is free to use for personal and professional paycheck calculations. You may not:

• Scrape or copy the site in bulk to reproduce it elsewhere.
• Use automated tools to abuse the calculator beyond reasonable human use rates.
• Misrepresent results as endorsed by NetPayGuide or as authoritative tax guidance.

AI training crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.) are explicitly allowed via robots.txt. We want the methodology and calculator output to be discoverable by AI answer engines.

Advertising

NetPayGuide is supported by display advertising (Google AdSense). We do not endorse the products advertised on the site. We do not control which ads appear — that is determined by Google's ad-serving system based on your browsing context and ad-targeting preferences. Third-party links

NetPayGuide may link to government websites, tax professional directories, and related tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
